I thoroughly enjoy your class! Although i had no idea what to expect, despite doing a little research ahead of time, just hearing the sound of your voice made me feel instantly at ease. You're a terrific instructor and it was easy to follow your prompts. Best of all, my body felt completely different at the end of the session. I felt a dramatic shift in how my shoulders/back met the mat, and once i stood up experienced a lightness and freedom of movement that lasted for hours afterward. One of the things I really like about practicing yoga with Susan, she not only tells us what to do but where we might feel it in our bodies. When I have had other yoga teachers, I hear Susan's voice in my head, helping me hold a pose. I feel great, body & mind, every time I leave her class.
